Caring for seniors with

Alzheimer’s Disease

Caring for seniors with Alzheimer’s Disease can be difficult. Your loved one may change over time and seem to be behaving out of character.  Alzheimer’s disease takes away the ability to express ourselves, resulting in frustration and withdrawal from what once was an active, happy lifestyle.  This is not only heartbreaking for the senior with the disease but for everyone surrounding them.

The symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease include:

Our qualified Home Care Assistants have the training to notice and understand changes as the disease progresses.  Knowing symptoms like confusion and memory loss occur, your home care assistance plan is to provide companionship while creating a calm environment.

Alzheimer's & Dementia Care Services

Following your in-home visit, you and our Nursing Coordinator will decide on your care approach. Getting the recipe right for the perfect care plan requires the good balance of knowing the client and applying the expertise and experience we have gathered for the past 18 years. Our goal is to help seniors with Alzheimer’s disease continue to enjoy life and live safely at home. Your care plan may include:
