Service Coordinator Required

Homecare West seeks a full-time, passionate and professional Service Coordinator.


  • Scheduling clients and staff
  • Provide support by answering phone calls and emails
  • New client data entry
  • Keeping client files up to date (Documenting events, & changes)
  • Process shifts for payroll

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Extremely well-organized and detail orientated
  • Loves finding a better way to improve processes and create efficiencies
  • Strong time management skills, prioritizing and ability to meet deadlines




Monday- Friday 08:30-17:00

  • High level of Customer Service experience
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking
  • Disciplined to work independently
  • Must be computer literate
  • Nursing or Medical background an asset, but not a requirement
  • Previous Scheduling or office experience is an asset
